Using Kairos
Kairos is a private campaign-planning workspace. You may use it only with an authorized account and for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.
Your content
You retain responsibility for campaign material and other content you submit. You grant Kairos permission to process and store that content only as needed to operate the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use.
Human review and external actions
Kairos supports campaign planning and review. Campaign publishing, external delivery, and measurement are manual handoffs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and approving any action taken outside Kairos.
Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kairos as the product evolves. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use Kairos in violation of applicable law or third-party rights. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect the service or its users.
