Kairos
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Information we collect
When you sign in, Kairos receives account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers from Google and Supabase. We also store the campaign content and activity you create in the workspace, plus limited technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and protect access to the workspace.
- Store and display campaign work for authorized collaborators.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Kairos uses Supabase for authentication and data services, Google for optional sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to operate Kairos or meet legitimate security and legal requirements. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You can also revoke Kairos access from your Google Account settings.
